The plugin stores the templates in ZIP archives in the <idea.config.path>/kiwisoft/templates folder. If you want to share templates between different IDEA installations you can copy these files from one installation to another.

The template ZIP files always contain a file with the name template.xml which contains the template meta data, parameter model and references to the output file templates. The output file templates itself are stored as separate files in the ZIP archive under the name defined in template.xml.
